Position Summary
Jill’s House is seeking a Full-Time Admission Coordinator to advance our mission by acting as a full-cycle liaison and coordinator for families through all aspects of Jill’s House respite services.
The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for increasing and maintaining a steady stream of new family applicants for the Jill’s House Respite program. The Admissions Coordinator will also develop and maintain relationships with disability service gatekeepers and provider coalitions to promote the Jill’s House respite program as an exciting benefit and valuable resource for the families they serve. Additionally, the Admissions Coordinator will create and sustain new and existing pipelines of potential new families, play an active role in guiding families through our internal admissions/intake process, and ensure an excellent customer-focused experience for families. Finally, the Coordinator will assist families who need an enhanced level of care and communication during the intake process due to language barriers, lack of technology etc.
